Winter Show 2025

GreenHill’s annual Winter Show brings together over 70 artists each year from across North Carolina and constitutes an up-to-the-moment overview of the finest art and craft produced by artists in the state. Painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, jewelry, woodwork, and fiber art are all displayed in a harmonious installation. Artists vary not only by medium, but also by experience, background and style, with an average of 40 new artists presented each year.

All work is available for purchase. First Choice will be held Thursday, December 4th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm, Collectors Choice will be held Saturday, December 6th from 7:00 – 10:00 pm, and the Public Opening will be held Sunday, December, 7, 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.

WINTER SHOW 2025 | December 7, 2025 - February 14, 2026

GreenHill presents our 46th annual WINTER SHOW featuring emerging and established artists from across the state. This annual exhibition constitutes a comprehensive survey of contemporary works in all mediums that allows the public and collectors to discover the newest wave of N.C. artists and artworks. First Choice will be held on Thursday, December 4th from 5:30 – 7:40 PM and Collector's Choice will be held Saturday, December 6th from 7:00 – 10:00 PM. The Winter Show public opening will be held on Sunday, December 7th from 1:00 - 3:00 PM.

Collector’s Circle | Broom Workshop | January 22, 2026 | 10:45 - 1:30 PM
Hosted by GreenHill Center for NC Art at Sawtooth School for Visual Art

Join GreenHill’s Collector’s Circle for a tour and hands-on broom-making workshop with instructor Rebecca Juliette Duex at the Sawtooth School for Visual Art, followed by a visit and conversation at Visual Index Gallery with curator Toni Tronu, and lunch in downtown Winston-Salem. Designing with Art | February, 4, 2026 | 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Join us for a conversation in the gallery with Gina Alem of AlemDickeyKeel Interior Design, exploring how art and interior design intersect to create inspiring spaces. Gina holds a B.S. in Interior Design from UNC Greensboro and brings over 25 years of experience in high-end residential, commercial, and custom renovation projects across New York, Florida, and North Carolina.

OPEN NC ART REVIEW (ONCAR) | February 7, 2026 | 11:00 - 2:00 PM

ONCAR is a curatorial review program providing artists with an opportunity to share their work and receive feedback from GreenHill’s curators and other artists. GreenHill uses a Pecha Kucha format, a simple presentation format in which each artist presents 10 images of their work. Learn more and register by clicking here.
