Conversations in Clay

The GreenHill Shop invites you to join curators and friends for the opening reception of Conversations in Clay, featuring four North Carolina ceramic artists: Lauren Breitling (Asheville), Laura Hendrix (Greensboro), Fiva McCanless (Seagrove), and Debb McDaniel (Greensboro). The exhibition will remain on view through January 2026.
Each artist transforms clay into distinct and imaginative ceramic statements, ranging from the sublime to the playful. The exhibition brings together one-of-a-kind works and multiples, both functional and decorative, spanning traditional, contemporary, and folk art styles.

Join GreenHill in The Shop for the opening reception of Inter-Play: Contemporary Jewelry, featuring seven studio jewelers working across a range of materials, from fine metals and enamel to clay, beads, and carved wood.
Jewelry can be more than adornment, serving as a vehicle for personal expression, communication, and exchange. Through wearable art, each artist brings a distinct perspective, with work ranging from playful and unexpected to refined and classical.
