2026 CAMP THEMES

WILD AT ART
JUNE 15 - 18 (Ages 6-9)
(FOUR DAY CAMP)

Inspired by the beauty of the natural world, this nature-themed art camp invites young artists to explore creativity through hands-on projects rooted in outdoor inspiration. Campers will create a range of artwork including rock painting, sun printing, natural paintmaking, rainsticks, animal sculptures, seed bombs, and more! Campers will experiment with texture, color, and form while developing fine motor skills and creative confidence. This camp is perfect for curious minds who love nature, imagination, and getting creative with their hands.

MINI MAKERS ARTARAMA
JUNE 22-26 (Ages 5-6)

A camp designed especially for your crafty little artist!! We will follow our creative spirits during this week-long adventure of fun, campers will have a blast creating daily artful projects! We will get a smorgasbord of opportunity to learn fiber arts such as weaving and hand-sewing, paper crafts including origami, printmaking, sculpting and more!

FULL STEAM AHEAD
JUNE 29 - JULY 2 (Ages 6-9)
(FOUR DAY CAMP)

Michelangelo meets Einstein in this “STEAM-y” week of creative problem solving. Campers will stir up a magical concoction of investigation, innovation and imagination as they tackle traditional favorites and feats of engineering like: disappearing illusion drawings, water cycle collages, customizable puzzles, slime, and more!

COMIC CLUB
JULY 6-10 (Ages 8-10)

Calling all young storytellers and illustrators! In this Comic themed art camp, artists will dive into the world of comic creation. Campers will design original characters, explore scaling and layout, and develop their own comic stories from start to finish. Students will experiment with drawing, inking, mixed media, and modeling techniques as they bring their comics to life. Campers will build creative confidence while learning the fundamentals of visual storytelling, character design, and sequential art.

REPTILE QUEST
JULY 13-17 (Ages 6-9)

In this reptile-themed art camp we offer a blend of creativity and science, allowing children to explore the textures, colors, and patterns of snakes, lizards, and turtles! This camp focuses on using varied textures—like bubble wrap, tissue paper, and natural materials—to create 3D reptiles. We will turn recycled materials into amazing creatures, from cardboard tube snakes to box-turtle shells.

FOODIE FESTIVAL
JULY 20-24 (Ages 6-9)

Get ready to create art that looks good enough to eat! In this food-themed art camp, young artists will explore their favorite sweet treats through hands-on art projects inspired by cakes, cupcakes, and other delicious treats. Campers will design cake-themed crafts, build mini cupcake models, and sculpt their favorite foods using various art mediums. We will spend the week learning about shape, texture and color. Perfect for imaginative artists who love to create—and decorate—without the mess of the kitchen!

FABULOUS FIBERS
JULY 27-31 (Ages 8-10)

This camp is designed especially for the budding fiber artist. Campers will learn techniques for weaving, felting, sewing, book binding and more. We will use examples from ArtQuest's fiber collection as inspiration. At the end of the week we'll explore everyone's favorite, print making!

SPARKLES, SCALES, & DRAGON TAILS
AUGUST 3-7 (Ages 6-9)

During this fantasy-filled week, campers will follow their creative spirits with imagination as their guide! Young artists will become immersed in the world of make-believe through whimsical, hands-on art projects. Campers will sculpt imaginary creatures, build enchanting castles, create fairy homes, and design nature wands! Perfect for artists who love fantasy, adventure, and a little sparkle.
