Portraits from the Triad

This exhibition presents a vibrant cross-section of artists creating portraiture who have strong connections to the Triad area. These artists reflect and celebrate the diversity, talent, and rich cultural heritage of North Carolina, representing many of the state’s leading exponents of the genre. 

Portraits from the Triad features artists: Sachi Dely, Aimée Garcia, Zoe Grace Kamiya, Travis Hicks, Jalen Jackson, Isabel Lu, Zaire Miles-Moultrie, Roy Nydorf, William Paul Thomas, and Joyce Williams.

All works are presented in reproduction throughout the theater wings at the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, enhancing the space with vibrant visual narratives that connect art and performance, while providing a platform for local artists to reach a wider audience.
