My idea is to create a layered, translucent surface to emphasize dimensionality. This technique lends itself to work concerning the inner realm. I am dedicated to the transcendental value of art.

I will be showing my work in the Nature Art Gallery in the NC Museum of Natural Science in Raleigh in 2014.
Visit my studio at Artspace in Downtown Raleigh. I work there with my husband Keith Norval who is also a painter. I also teach classes to all ages.
