From September 10 to October 18, 1981, Green Hill partnered with the North Carolina Arts Council and put together a special preview of the 1980-81 NCAC Visual Artist Fellowship Exhibition. This exhibition served as a preview of fellowship artists' works at Green Hill and was jointly supported by a grant from the North Carolina Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts in Washington, D.C., a federal agency. Today, Greenhill continues to support the annual NCAC Visual Artist Fellowship Exhibition by promotinng artists.
