Join us on (TBD - original date postponed) in ArtQuest at GreenHill’s Community Gallery for a hands-on cyanotype workshop, inviting participants of all ages to explore photography through experimentation and play. Led by Artist in Residence Nya Kost, the workshop will guide participants in creating layered blue prints using photographs, found objects, and mixed media, with an emphasis on process over perfection and embracing chance.

Participants are encouraged to bring a small selection of found objects, including some transparent items such as photo negatives, stencils, glass beads, lace, or dried flowers; all other materials are provided. The workshop is $20 per person, and participants will leave with unique, personal prints.

Engage with a hand Papermaking experience with AiR artist Catherine Cross Tsintzos. Learn how to make handmade paper that connects with place, memory and the world around us. Engage with pulp processing, tools and supplies. Leave the workshop enriched with skills to make paper at home. Learn ways to use handmade paper and resources for supplies.

Participants are invited to bring a few items that they may want to incorporate as an inclusion such as photo copies, light weight fabric, maps, copies of letters and ephemera.
