A native of Mexico, Chef Abascal has trained under three-star Michelin chef Pascal Barbot at L'Astrance in Paris and served as Chef and Director of Food & Beverage of the acclaimed Koba Casa Club in Mayakoba with multi-awarded Chef Enrique Olvera.
