Calling all Middle and High School students to submit artwork

depicting your personal vision of peace in a two-dimensional format


1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be chosen in both Middle and High School categories. 1st place winners will be awarded $50 and 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive art supply prizes.

  • Entries may include but are not limited to: paint, colored pencils, photography, collage and/or graphic design
  • One entry per student
  • Works on paper should be either framed, matted, or mounted on cardboard
  • Maximum dimensions 25 x 25 inches



For students outside of GCS system:

Option 1: Submit art digitally HERE by October 14, 2019

Option 2: Drop off art with submission form to GreenHill by October 14, 2019 (please drop off artwork during our public hours - Tuesday - Saturday from 12-5pm and Sunday 2-5pm) Work not selected for exhibition should be picked up by November 8th.


For students attending a GCS school:

Submit art digitally HERE by October 14, 2019

Then submit your art to your teacher by October 14, 2019. Please use this printable submission form if you are unable to use the digital form. 


Artists selected for exhibition will be notified by November 1st. All works selected for this exhibition must be received by November 8th. 


Visualizing Peace will be on view November 12, 2019 - January 15, 2020

Opening Reception and announcement of winners on December 6 | 5:30 - 6:30 PM in advance of Festival of Lights.
